Almond Oil
Almond oil has emollient and sclerosant properties and, therefore, has been used to improve complexion and skin tone.
Olive Oil
Olive oil contains fatty acids that help dry skin, including oleic acid, palmitic acid, and linoleic acids. Olive oil is also an emollient, so skin feels smooth and moisturized.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E has both humectant and emollient properties, meaning it helps draw moisture to the skin – from the environment, or from the middle layer of the skin to the outer layer, and it helps “seal” moisture into the skin, while making it feel softer and smoother.
Panthenol
Panthenol is a humectant (keeps things moist by attracting and retaining moisture from the air), emollient and moisturizer (keeps layers soft and more pliable by increasing hydration due to reducing evaporation or loss of water).
Stria Free is used as emollient cream to hydrate the skin and make it smooth and soft.
Emollient lotions should be applied directly to the skin. They should be smoothed, not rubbed, into the skin gently in the same direction that your hair grows. This helps prevent hair follicles getting blocked.
